1. Oil pump does not move without oil slider.

Reasons: The oil pump rotates in the wrong direction.

Exclusion: Phase calibration of power supply line

2. Leakage of components, pipe joints or cylinders

Cause: Seal ring damage or aging

Exclusion: Replacement of Seal Ring

3. Pipeline and Machine Flutter

Reasons: insufficient oil tank or blockage of oil net cause suction pipe to empty

Elimination: Clean the oil filter or add oil in the mailbox to the oil mark center.

4. Oil pipeline can't be built under pressure

Causes: solenoid valve is not reversed or overflow valve, filling valve and other valve spools are stuck

Elimination method: The electrical plug of solenoid valve is inserted well to prevent loosening and remove the spools for cleaning.

5. The slider can't stop at any position, and has the phenomenon of sliding down.

Cause: Valve spool stuck

6. The slider descends too fast or too slowly

Cause: too large or too small opening of cone valve

7. Slider whistles when it returns

Cause: Slider returns to the instant to produce a sound
